Pre-production:
- Proposal:
- What do you want to do for your project?
- convince Ms. Gulia to support your idea.
- why is your project worth doing? reasons to do it? why is the message worth working on?
- How you are going to do it and what you are going to do?
- Storyline for your animation (positive message).
- Short proposal: 250 words.

Production:
Part 1: Script for the story
- write out the storyline; beginning, middle and end.
- make sure you have a good, clear message to communicate...
- here is a script template to use....

Part 2 - Story board based on the script.
- sketch out scenes, characters, backgrouds (keep them simple)
- camera shots, angles and camera movements (panning, tilting, zoom in/out, close up, wide shot, over the shoulder etc)... use at least 5...
- make something move
- zoom in/out
- change scenes
- fade in/out
- morph tween
- moving background?
- eyes blink, mouth move
- change in size, change in colour

- set up your Flash file to a 4:3 aspect ratio = 720 x 480 pixels - dimensions
- Animate in Flash: cute character: put eyes on anything to make a character
- share Flash/animation tips & tricks with each other... post them on the Tips & Tricks For Flash Animation page;
- consider adding a few well placed sound effects (sfx) to your project
- Draft Screening/screening of work in progress for feedback
